HIGH SEASON: 15 Dec. - 30 April $195 per night
REGULAR SEASON: 1 May - 14 Dec. $165 per night


Regulations
Minimum 5 night stay or $50 additional per night.
Discounts for stays of 2 weeks or longer, except for Christmas and New Years. Check-out cleaning included. Additional housekeeping services available at your expense.

• A 30% deposit is required to hold reservations
• Full refund for cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival.
• Less than 60 days, forfeit deposit. 7 days or less, no refund.
• Hawaii Accommodation Tax of 13.25% is added to the total rate.
• Full payment including tax is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Add $120 fee for departure cleaning..
• Credit card payments available through PayPal. Add 3% service fee; 4% for non-USA.

Check in is 3PM, unless other arrangements are made.
Check out is 11AM, unless other arrangements are made.

Upon departure please leave dishes and kitchenware clean and remove trash.
